Webmail is accessed by typing http://webmail.mycompanyname.com into your browser address bar. You then enter your email address as in the "username" field and the password you used to create the email account goes into the "password" field.

You are then offered a choice of 3 email programmes that you can use to read and send emails directly from your site.

Why you might want more than one domain

You may feel that one domain (www.mybusiness.com) is all that you need - and in many cases it is enough.

There are businesses however, that benefit from having more than one website. For instance, if you have one part of your business that is devoted to sales and another part devoted to service (i.e. sales of electrical goods and servicing of electrical appliances).

In this instance, it may be beneficial to have www.mysalescompany.com as one "domain" and www.myservicecompany.com as a second "domain".
